  • Title Examination – Review of documents of record pertaining to property, review of court proceedings (divorce, probate, bankruptcy, and judgement proceedings) that impact title to property; determination of how title is held.
  • Resolution – Curing of  liens and claims against title.
  • Closing Transaction – Collection of funds; coordination between buyer, seller, lender, and other parties as required by transaction; determination that contract terms and lender requirements are satisfied at or prior to closing.
